Pros: At first glance I was a little concerned with the up keep of the outside of the building. However, shortly there after I discovered that the hotel is going through a transition in ownership and that the new ownership is focusing on making the rooms cleaner and more comfortable for the guests. I was assigned one of the renovated rooms, and I found it to be as pleasant as any other place I've stayed in similar circumstances. I would definitely stay here again, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: The location is good. The property seemed clean other than what's mentioned below.

Cons: My room wasn't clean when I arrived. The bed was a mess. Towels were piled in the bath tub. I told housekeeping but they didn't seem that interested. The bed was a Sleep Number but didn't work. Hard as a rock.

Pros: The hotel itself was very nice. The carpeting in the common areas was a bit stained and looked dirty but the room was very clean. The bed was a sleep number so we had to have maintenance come up to show us how to use it but agree we figured it out it was a very comfortable sleep. The only draw back was the parking garage. It's next to the hotel Ave it dues not appear to be cuteness regularly. There was quite a bit of trash on the ground and the stairwells were dirty as well. Other than that,the stay was nice.

Cons: Parking garage and common area carpeting were dirty.

Pros: Run down and it smelled horrible. The heating and cooling is outdated was the worse night spent in a hotel
